Reimagine wellness

I am Anisa Shukla, a woman who walks many paths—chef, yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic practitioner—guided by the ancient rhythms of the earth and the wisdom of my ancestors. My work is a weaving, a braid of public health and ancient healing traditions, a way to reconnect each soul with the sacred knowing of the body.

As a South Asian woman, I feel a deep calling to take what my foremothers have passed down and place it in the hands of those who seek, those who long to heal. Through Ayurveda, I offer more than knowledge; I offer a doorway to rediscover the wild and true nature within, unique to each body, and each spirit.

I have known the long road of searching, the ache of health lost, and the slow, patient work of restoration. Healing, I have learned, is like tending a garden. It requires time, love, and an intimate understanding of what each part of the body needs to flourish. I have sought the answers, studied deeply, and now, with a heart full of knowing, I am here to share this with you.

I offer my hands, my heart, and my knowledge to help you remember—remember how to care for yourself, to nourish yourself, to live in harmony with your body and the world around you. The journey to wholeness is yours to take, and I am here to walk beside you. Give yourself the health you deserve.

From the Earth,

for the body

Ayurveda is the quest for longevity, and yoga is the quest for uniting with self. These two wisdom traditions born in India have been practiced side by side for more then 5,000 years. The daily practice of Ayurveda were designed to support seekers in the path of yoga.
