Reimagine wellness

Anisa Shukla, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, RYT 200

I’m Anisa Shukla — a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and RYT 200 yoga teacher, as well as a chef devoted to seasonal living and ritual.

My work lives at the intersection of public health and ancient healing traditions. Rooted in Ayurveda and shaped by my South Asian lineage, the rhythms of nature guide me — the movement of the seasons, the intelligence of digestion, the quiet wisdom of the body.

I didn’t arrive here by accident. My own health journey taught me what it means to feel disconnected — and what it takes to rebuild trust with the body slowly. Healing, I’ve learned, isn’t a quick fix. It’s a return. It’s patient. It’s rhythmic. It’s deeply personal.

Through Ayurveda and yoga, I support people in reconnecting with themselves — their energy, cycles, digestion, boundaries, and joy. My approach is traditional yet practical, seasonal yet adaptable to modern life. I believe wellness should feel grounded, accessible, and sustainable.

You don’t need to become someone new to heal. You need to remember who you are.

I’m here to offer steady guidance, practical tools, and a space where your body’s wisdom is honored. And I’m honored to walk beside you as you return to balance.

From the Earth,

for the body

Ayurveda is the quest for longevity, and yoga is the quest for uniting with self. These two wisdom traditions born in India have been practiced side by side for more then 5,000 years. The daily practice of Ayurveda were designed to support seekers in the path of yoga.
